Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Saturn Watches. Because every timepiece we make is produced in deliberately limited numbers, we hold very limited inventory — and for this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or preference. We warmly invite you to contact us at man@saturn-watches.com with any questions before you order — we are always happy to help you choose with confidence.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If your watch arrives damaged from shipping, defective on arrival, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at man@saturn-watches.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your claim is approved, we will send you the return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping The cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges Because of our limited production, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your watch must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the product price will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at man@saturn-watches.com.

 

Refund Policy

Because of our limited production and inventory, all sales are final — with one important exception: damage that occurs during shipping.

If your watch arrives damaged. You are covered. Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photographs of both the damage and the original packaging. Once the damage is verified, we will arrange the return and issue a full refund of the product price.

Shipping costs. Refunds cover the price of the watch only. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned watch. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Claims made more than 7 days after delivery, or for any damage not caused during shipping, cannot be accepted.
