Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Saturn Watches. We are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely.

Shipping locations We currently ship within the United States, and we offer limited international shipping to select countries.

Carrier All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). International shipments are carried by Different Carrier and handed to your local postal service for final delivery; service varies by country.

Processing time Domestic orders are processed within 1–3 business days. International orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Delivery estimates USPS Standard (United States): 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by destination country. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, seasonal volume, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order tracking A USPS tracking number is provided once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the USPS system.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages caused by an incorrect address or a missing apartment or unit number. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or damaged packages If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at man@saturn-watches.com within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For watches that arrive damaged, please also see our Refund Policy — you are covered.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
